Once your ISA and/or GIA are set up, you can instruct an existing ISA or account be transferred into your new One + One plan.

Simply go to the Investment Tools and you can key the transfer. One + One only need to know where the account is and the account number, we will arrange for the transfer. You’ll receive confirmation when it is received and then it will be invested in line with your chosen portfolio.

There is no initial adviser charge payable on the transfer! But you need to ensure there are no penalties or charges for leaving your current arrangement. Please contact us for further help in this area.

Yes, in the same way as making a withdrawal, you can move your investments elsewhere without any charges or penalty.
